As Seen in the Media!
Jac and Liz did an absolutely amazing job! They helped us make the ceremony a personal, beautiful experience that my wife and I will remember for the rest of our lives. Our theme was Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings/books, as my now wife and I first bonded over our love of reading. Jac and Liz were excited to bring our vision to life! They accommodated our desires and made suggestions that we loved. Absolutely gorgeous!—Samantha and Sara
Liz is a featured writer in the Fall/Winter issue of TriadWeddings Magazine with an article on the importance of planning your marriage at the same time you are planning your wedding.
“It was also a joy completing our pre-marital counseling with him and his wife, Liz. They are wonderful, sensible people who made it easy to discuss the challenges that a committed couple faces in life. We felt like we were speaking to a wise set of friends” Vinnie and Saskia

“Liz and Jac both are just amazing! We had the pleasure of having Jac be our officiant for our Fun Fourth Wedding in downtown Greensboro and it was PERFECT! He personalized parts just for us and it made us feel special. Not just another couple. Because he was calm it kept us calm and when we messed up because of nerves he told us it was okay and to take our time. That was something we needed to hear at the moment. Not to mention the great post card we received after we were married of a photo of us on our special day really touched my heart and meant the world!! We truly appreciate everything they did for us before and after we officially became husband and wife!! I will always love them for that and they hold a special place in our hearts forever!” Lachelle
“Best Officiant & Marriage Counselors in the Triad! We LOVED working with Jac and Liz for our wedding! They completely understood what we wanted and helped us make our ceremony 100% true to us.” Jenn and Alan
We have always believed in Marriage Equality. Prior to the federal court decisions making it legal, we did commitment ceremonies for same sex couples and then did the legal ceremony for no charge for them after it became legal. As a matter of fact, when we were all waiting for the decisions to be handed down, we waited at the Register of Deeds office to be available for any couple in need of an officiant. This is the media coverage of that time period.

“We were looking for LGBT-friendly officiants in the triad/triangle area, and a friend recommended Liz and Jac. My wife and I wanted a short, no-frills ceremony that still felt personal and special, and Jac delivered! Thank you both for being a part of our special day.” Alice and Taylor
We began building our family through the foster care system and with adoption. While working tirelessly on behalf of waiting children, we found and adopted a child with AIDS. The media covered this story to bring attention to the needs of children in care. To learn more about our family check out the About page.
